Największym atutem jest lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko do plaży Maria Pia chodziliśmy spacerkiem. Do centrum blisko. Ale też samo Alghero nie jest jakoś duże.
Obiekt ogólnie ok chociaż niektóre pomieszczenia wymagają już odświeżenia. W jednym z pokoi nie ma klimatyzacji. Zwróćcie sobie uwagę na wywóz śmieci. Na Sardynii jest segregacja śmieci co nie jest niczym dziwnym bo w Polsce też segregujemy śmieci. Wywóz różnych śmieci odbywa się 1-2 w tygodniu. Co oznacza że np szkło wywozili 3 dni przed naszym wyjazdem i zwyczajnie zostały nam w koszu jakieś śmieci. Właściciel zażądał od nas dodatkowej opłaty 30 Euro. Pozostał niesmak. Bariera językowa. Właściciel mówi tylko w języku włoskim ciężko się rozmawia przez translator. Trzeba uważać przy włączaniu kilku urządzeń na raz bo wybija korki i to na dole w budynku.
