The location is very nice, you need about 5 minutes to the beach, and about 10 to get to the center of Fažana on foot The studio apartment is in a quiet side street looking directly at the parking. Comfortable bed Nespresso coffee machine + a selection of tabs

Pet peeves: The noise - the gas lines / plumbing were very loud when one of the neighboring apartments was using the tap water. The fridge was also very loud. One of the chairs was very loose (i. e. If you sat on it, it would have collapsed)

Beautiful apartment very spacious,very well appointed and very clean. The communication was excellent, parking right out the front. Location is a mixed bag from a family point of view. Positives; a restaurant pretty much directly opposite and a big supermarket a two minute walk if that. Negatives depends if you have teenage daughters who don’t want to walk anywhere.In reality the beach and town are about a ten minute walk. Would definitely stay again!

The main road nearby can a bit noisy but then again I’m a light sleeper.

Not worth it, sorry

Good location (5-8 mins to the beach, big shop even closer), clean apartament. No problem with collecting keys - somebody was already waiting for us. Parking lot had a remote barrier.

There was no tarace or even a small balcony. It was hard to dry your clothes with really tiny laundry dryer hang out on your window. We could use it only if we're inside. We had only one set of towels and one kitchen cloth (not enough for a week of stay), no vacuum cleaner or a mop. If you plan to stay more than few days it might be difficult to keep it clean. Frying pan was old and should be replaced long time ago... Also cooktop was really slow

The apartment feels modern with a lot of equipment. Both in the kitchen and elsewhere. It is huge with a lot of space for everyone. It is close to both the beach and a grocery store so we could pick up newly baked bread every morning

There are many different keys needed so the keychain was sometimes difficult to bring. We would have liked if there were some lights to make it a bit cozy. It could have a little more personalized feeling. But these are minor things.

Amazing holidays

Sonia from the agency was really reactive and friendly. We had plenty of space for all our stuff (two strollers). Acess to beach and village was great. Everything was fantastic.

The location was really cool, close to the beach and town center. It was quiet and well equipped apartment. Nice interior design was a significant positive of the property.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr großräumig & gute Aufteilung, Gitterbett & Hochsitz wurden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt, angenehmer rascher Austausch mit Gastgeberin, es gab sogar Waschmaschinen Tabs, Salz/Pfeffer & Geschirrspül-Tabs, auch das Parken mit 2 Autos war kein Problem

Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein (keine Schüsseln fürs Frühstück, wenig Gläser) Für ausschließliche Selbstversorgung würde es nicht ausreichen. Klima nur im Wohnzimmer

A szállásra úgy sikerült bejutnunk, hogy odaérkezés után felhívtuk a szállásadót, aki elmondta, a apartman nyitva van, a kulcsok az asztalon találhatók. A lépcsőház azonban csak kulccsal nyílt, hiába kaptuk telefonon azt az információt, hogy kívülről elektronikusan is nyitható. Addig kellet várakoznunk, amíg a strandról visszaérkezők kulcsukkal nyitották a lépcsőház ajtaját. A szállásadóval ott tartózkodásunk alatt nem is találkoztunk. A fürdőszobában a mosdóból a víz nehezen ,lassan folyt le

Schöne Wohnung mit super Lage

Super Lage, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Schöne große Wohnung. Supermarkt direkt daneben und Strand in 3-5min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Der Boden war leider sehr schmutzig, zeitweise wlan Probleme
