Ottima posizione bellissimo appartamento

Sehr großes Apartments mit 3 Schlafzimmer (2x 2-Bett und 1x 1 Bett), 2 Badezimmer und ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich. Toller Garten mit Sitzterrasse, Grillmöglichkeit - sehr schön gepflegt. Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet - alles 1a. Sehr freundlicher Empfang von der Dame des Hauses - alles top.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, fragrant, and tidied down to the smallest detail. Everything was prepared with love and care – from the freshly laundered bed linen to the perfectly clean bathroom. We felt incredibly comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The location was also ideal – a peaceful area, yet just a short walk from the sea, the town center, and shops. Fažana is a beautiful little town with a friendly atmosphere and stunning views of the Brijuni Islands, which made our stay even more special. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for cleanliness, comfort, and a homely atmosphere with a personal touch. We’d be happy to return here again in the future!

The apartment was clean and spacious, the bathroom was renovated, and there was a spacious terrace with furniture. The kitchen was well equipped although it would be handy to have a dishwasher. There was also a washing machine - it smelled quite a bit so I had to clean it which helped partially. There was spacious parking in front of the house. We could do an earlier checkin and a bit later checkout which we appreciated. One of the beds was comfy, the other wasn’t unfortunately (it was way too soft and there was a mattress protection that was kind of plastic and made horrible noise that woke our kids up).

There isn’t A/C in every room - there is one in the living room and one in the hall, which is very, very loud and positioned so that it’s very cold in one room while it’s very warm and humid in the other one. From the pictures, we believed the grill was in the garden and the garden was shared among all tej apartments in the house. However, the garden was for some apartments only, our grill was in the driveway right below any olive tree so not well positioned and we felt it couldn’t really be used safely. The landlady didn’t speak English at all :( and when we couldn’t find the remote control for the A/C and messaged her, she never replied (we found it eventually). NOTE: beware, you have to return the apartment all cleaned which was not mentioned anywhere and is not standard practice anymore so that surprised us. We decided to pay 20€ for this cleaning as we were already about to leave with babies but this was very unpleasant.
