Luxurious top floor apartment on 2 floors in the beautiful chalet style Residence Le Clos de la Fontaine. Stunning views of Saint Gervais and a short walk across new bridge to the town centre. Beautifully fitted with oak kitchen with full size oven and dishwasher. There is a large, family size fridge freezer. Located in an attractive building in the best possible location for skiing in St Gervais. Only 100 metres from the cable car to the skiing area.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, one with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and the other with bunk beds. 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious living area has a comfortable leather sofa and an oak dining table with 6 chairs and a bench. This apartment provides very flexible accommodation for families or groups of up to 8 people. Downstairs there is a family bathroom with a separate toilet and hand basin. There is a built-in washing machine / dryer in the bathroom. Upstairs there is a shower room with toilet and basin. As it is a top floor apartment in a chalet style building all the ceilings are sloping. Bed linen can be hired from property manager.
A ski locker is available in the entrance hall to the building.
