About this chalet rental
Our chalet "Le Bercail" is located in Haute-Savoie (74) in the Northern Alps, facing Mont Blanc, in a quiet environment with a breathtaking view of the Dôme du Goûter, the Dômes de Miage and the Massif des Fiz.
Completely renovated in 2024, very well equipped and refurbished from beautiful authentic materials, it offers exceptional comfort and a setting conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation in the mountains. We have put all our passion for the mountains into the decoration and layout of the chalet!
On an area of about 180m², the chalet has 3 levels:
- On the first floor: entrance, ski room, laundry room, then a dormitory bedroom with 3 single beds of 90x200, a bathroom and a separate toilet
- On the 1st floor: a large living room surrounded by bay windows with lounge areas, dining room, open kitchen and TV lounge, as well as a large fireplace (closed fireplace). There is also a pantry and a separate toilet on this level.
- On the 2nd floor: a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and a connecting bathroom with a shower (and toilet), a second bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and a single bed 90x190 in a pretty alcove, a 3rd bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and finally a bathroom with a shower (and toilet).
A balcony terrace with a lounge area and a dining table will allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the sun even in winter!
You have a closed garage for one car and a possible outdoor space for 2 other cars

Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, fixed drying rack, sink
Kitchen: fridge, induction hob, traditional oven, microwave oven, wine cellar, bean coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette set, fondue set

The chalet is non-smoking, our pet friends are not allowed, and it is strictly forbidden to organise a dance party or an event.
On the Bettex slope, the chalet is 5 minutes by car from the village of Saint Gervais and 6 minutes from the start of the Bettex slopes. We are also 15 minutes from the Contamines ski area. You will also be 20 minutes by car from Chamonix and 1 hour from Annecy.
All mountain sports are at your fingertips: downhill skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, winter; hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, paragliding, rafting, leisure around the lakes, in summer.
You have at your disposal many shops, restaurants, mountain equipment rentals, proposals for activities in the village of Saint Gervais.
I would be happy to recommend good addresses if you wish!

- TGV SNCF station in St Gervais-Le Fayet at 5 km (possible access by gondola between Le Fayet station and the centre of St Gervais)
- By car, A40 motorway towards Chamonix, exit 21
- Geneva airport 1 hour by car or bus
