Delicious modern apartment with amazing view over the sea and Etna, located on the top floor of the residence in the center of a large terrace of 340mq where you can take a sunbath and enjoy beautiful panoramic views over the sea, Taormina and Mount Etna!
The apartment is furnished and air-conditioned, consists of two double rooms and spacious living room with sleeping are. There are 8 sleeping places. The decor of the rooms is complete with all the essentials. The apartment is elegant and functional.
At the entrance of the residence there are Bar with home-made Sicilian food and grocery shop. Private parking is available on request.
The residence is located in 150m away from the beach reachable by foot in 5 minutes. The beach with fine sand is available both free of charge or for payment. The beach is very beautiful and spacious, next to it there is a nature reserve Alcantara.
Nearby there are shopping center 'I Gabbiani' with supermarket and shops, bus stops to go to the Airport, Taormina and all other tourist places. On seturday morning infront of the residence takes place tipical sicilian open-air market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetable or something for home.
Giardini-Naxos center is 1 km away, Taormina is about 5 km away.
