About this house rental
The Sicilian villa was built at the end of the 1800 and in 2004 it has been partially restructured. The 3 high centennial palms elevated 13 meters situated in the courtyard are really typical and characteristic. The house is situated in a citrus grove at the feet of ETNA volcano (distance 20 km by road).There are two spectacular terraces where you can admire a wide panorama from the extreme heads of Taormina to the new Port of Riposto. It’s great to eat outside in the great courtyard under the four big palms, with the sea breeze and the scent of lemons. The house, in fact, is dipped in the green of the country where it’s possible to have a walk in all privacy and tranquillity. To arrive to the house, it’s necessary the car even a Fiat Ducato with 9 places, but not CAMPER because the road is too tightened. The beach is distant 2,5 km with possibility of free beach or lidos equipped with sun-umbrellas, deckchairs, restaurants. For the lovers of food specialities, it’s possible to visit the small centres near ETNA as Zafferana, Lingiaglossa to admire the recent taps of volcanic emission. For art and culture lovers, the main tourist localities are easy to reach: Taormina 15km, Giardini Naxos 10km, Gole dell’Alcantara 10km, Acireale 10km, Catania 15km, Messina 50km, Siracusa 70km.

Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen und über die abenteuerliche Auffahrt zum wunderschönen, alten Haus geführt. Alles war blitzblank und urgemütlich. Den Äthna im Rücken und das Meer vor der Nase umringt von Zitrusfrüchten, haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen! Lieben Gruß und vielen Dank, Anja und Jens

Nous étions 12 personnes en scooter,et nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette belle maison,fonctionnelle et bien entretenue, située au dessus d'un très beau jardin d'arbres fruitiers.Les terrasses sont propices aux repas entre amis,et la proximité de l'Etna en fait un lieu à part.Le seul bémol serait l'accès un peu "chaotique" en scooter par un chemin de terre puis une route très étroite et pentue,mais on l'oublie vite car elle nous mène en pleine nature!

La villa e' veramente meravigliosa: il panorama e' spettacolare, l'appartamento e' molto comodo e dotato di tutto il necessario. un posto per quelli che cercano tranquilita' e pace, per le famiglie e' perfetto. i proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. ci farebbe tanto piacere di ritornarci un giorno, magari anche l'anno prossimo

merci pour cette semaine et l'accueil très chaleureux et confiant. La maison est immense et belle, nous étions 20 et n'avons jamais eu l'impression d'être nombreux. Superbes patines et jolies terrasses. Le jardin est très égrable.
Seul bémol: les poubelles tout au débutd e la route d'accès. Le reste était parfait :):):)
