About this house rental
The Autumn Garden was built more than 100 years ago and consists of a ground floor, 1st floor and an attic facing southwest, surrounded by a spacious garden (4500m2) and forest of approximately 1 Ha.
Through the stately entrance you enter the hall, from which you can go to the spacious and cozy living room, kitchen and the oak staircase to the 1st floor.
The living room has easy chairs and a long dining room table.
The spacious practical kitchen is fully equipped with a cozy dining table.
A shower room with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet are available.
You will also find a bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds.
On the first floor a bedroom with double bed and a living room with TV and wood stove.
And in the open sleeping loft a double bed.
The two modern wood stoves and your help with the firewood provide heating in the winter. An electric boiler provides hot water.

It is suitable for four people. One double bed 140x200cm and a double bed 160x200cm.
The beds have a flannel mattress cover.
Pillows and a duvet for each sleeping place.
You must bring your own duvet covers (200x200), fitted sheets and pillowcases (60x70). Also kitchen linen (towels and tea towels) is not standard.

a 5-burner gas hob with oven;
a refrigerator with a large freezer ,;
an electric kettle;
a coffee maker;
a bread maker;
an LCD TV;
no internet (WiFi);

Smoke detectors are available centrally to warn you in time of any smoke development. A fire extinguisher has also been placed in the kitchen. There is a first-aid kit in the kitchen cabinet to help with minor accidents. The baker, butcher and drugstore is 6 km from the house, a list of telephone number (s) is on the bulletin board.
Although we are also quite animal-friendly ourselves, we think it is better for all our guests because of the hygiene if no pets are brought on holiday.
Whether you smoke or not is of course your own decision, but unfortunately we cannot approve smoking inside.

Une maison ancienne, parfaite pour des vacances déconnectées.
Proche de beaucoup d activités ( randonnées , lac , vélo ,visites ).
Les propriétaires répondent très rapidement aux éventuelles questions et demandes .

Nous avons apprécié la localisation, nous voulions un endroit calme.nous avons eu beaucoup de pluie,heureusement qu il y a un poêle à bois pour réchauffer,le bois est au top.pour le ménage,passer la tête de loup ne serait pas de trop...beaucoup de toiles d araignée.

Mois de décembre sous la neige !! Les poëles à bois de la maison ont vrombi sans discontinuer et l'ambiance toute simple et chaleureuse des lieux nous a accueilli.
Les environs sous la neige nous ont permis de belles promenades à pied.
Tout a été selon nos attentes et les dires de l'annonce.
Pour une pose nature ! Ne pas hésiter.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La maison est agréable et au calme.
Les meubles extérieurs ne sont pas en très bon état et ne permettent pas de prendre les repas dehors.
Nous avons payé 120€ par nuit, ce qui n'est pas un très bon rapport qualité/prix compte tenu du fait qu'il n'y a pas d'éléments spécifiques de confort
