NICE RENOVATED HOUSE WITH GARDEN CLOSURE, 150 METERS FROM LAKE VASSIVIERE
In the village 'Les Hameaux du Lac' (former holiday village) in Masgrangeas.
For 2 to 4 people (possibility 2 extra beds on sofa bed in living room)

QUALIFICATION "ACCOMMODATION FISHING" "by the fishing federation of Creuse
Dogs are accepted.
Check VACANCES ANCV accepted for the balance of the rent (not on the deposit) to be agreed before.
RATE: 255 to 495 € according to season
SHORT STAY (MINIMUM 1 or 2 NIGHTS depending on the period) possible except July and August (MINI 7 NIGHTS)
Week end of 2 or 3 nights in low and middle season
Electricity in addition (0,15 € KW / hour): in low and middle season (from September 1st to June 30th)
A meter reading will be done upon your arrival and departure.
Deposit of 400 €, to be paid on arrival only, and will be returned after verification of the house, under a month.
On arrival I ask a check for the cleaning of 50 € which will be returned to the departure after verification of the house.
