About this house rental
The space
Our 1500 square foot home takes up the two upper floors of a character house. Our main floor consists of a bright & sunny living room (modern designer furniture with a Gus Modern sectional and Nelson Saucer lighting), a minimalist dining room (with a table that can seat up to eight people), a spare room/office (with a Bo Concept fold down couch that makes a double bed with mattress topper), a fully renovated bathroom (with bath), a recently renovated kitchen with cement counter tops, all new high end stainless steel appliances (gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, juicer, espresso machine, soda stream, Vitamix etc.) and a back porch with a Weber bbq and stairs that lead to the yard.
Our second floor is a renovated loft and as such has slanted ceilings (high) and skylights throughout. The main bedroom is spacious and has everything you need (lots of storage space/closets), full bathroom, and two modern & chic children/teen rooms (it should be noted that one of the children's room has a regular single bed and the other is a smaller size bed (70 x 160 cm/ 27.5"-63"), and there is a full bathroom (with bath).
The house has hardwood throughout with the exception of the stairs which are carpeted. Our fully landscaped backyard is private and provides an idyllic oasis on sunny days (there is a grassy area, a wildflower garden & a large deck). Laundry is in the basement. Your rental includes all utilities, wireless internet, children's toys, (upon request), flatscreen TV, all kitchen & dining paraphernalia, linens, towels etc.
Absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed.
Please note that we have been renting our home (just on a different site) for 12 years and we have many positive reviews from previous tenants that we can provide upon request.

This property met all of our needs. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a great location. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The host provides excellent communication.

The house was situated within easy walking of good bus and rail services to downtown, in a quiet residential area.
Whilst there we encountered a minor problem which Steeve, the owner, promptly arranged to be resolved.
The house is as described with all the comforts and amenities to make the stay enjoyable.
