    +8 night stay. Easy check-in/out 100 baht key deposit. Very clean and lift available. Attached restaurant with good options at reasonable prices until 13:00. +Large, comfortable room with a long counter, chairs and refrigerator.. Good number of outlets. Comfortable, large bed (not too hard). Windows letting plenty of natural light in. +Good water pressure and hot water. +AC worked well and cooled room quickly +Small balcony can be used for drying clothes +WiFi worked well even during peak usage +Mostly quiet with some loud music from what I assumed were nearby bars/night clubs with thumping techno music to late hours on some days. +Welcoming, helpful staff and good daily cleaning +Good location for exploring older area of town by foot, but I actually found that the area around the lake was more to my liking (quieter, ease of walking around, a little less hectic) +Off street car parking +Good value for the money but might not be everyone’s taste of accommodation +Close to bus and train stations and about 45 minutes from local airport +Can arrange a driver/tour of nearby Phanom Rung historical park and nearby sites (a bit too far on a scooter) for 1500 baht at the time of this posting. -Low lighting in bathroom and wet room (not separate shower area); bathroom mirror is designed for hobbit sized individuals -No kettle provided -Many dogs in the area, but mostly a problem at night on smaller soi -Some regular, re-occuring noise from water pump outside

    Have stayed this hotel several times. It is always a great stay in clean comfortable rooms with good AC and very comfortable bed. Breakfast downstairs is inexpensive and guests get a free expresso machine coffee. Recommended!

    วันที่เข้าพักดึกมากประมาณ 5ทุ่ม เพราะเดินทางมาจาก กทม พอเชคห้องผ้าห่มยับมากๆทั้งสองข้าง .ได้สอบถามรีเซฟชั่น ผู้จัดการบอกว่าผัาซักเองไม่ได้รีด ซึงดมกลิ่นแล้วเหมือนผ้าปูถูกใช้งานมาแล้ว และห้องมีกลิ่นอับมากตอนเข้าเชคอิน ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นอับมาก อาหารเช้าต้องซื้อเพิ่มเติม ตอนเชคอินมีเงินมัดจำ100พอเชคเอ้ามีการหักค่ามัดจำออกเชคจากผ้าเช็ดตัวมีรอยเปลื้อนเครื่องสำอาง ตอนแรกเจ้าหน้าที่ยอกเปลื้อนเลือด เรายืนยันว่าไม่มีเลือด ใบหน้ารีเซฟชั่นช่วงเช้า หน้าบูดมากเหมือนไม่อยากต้อนรับแขกเท่าไหร่
