Good size rooms just run down and in need of refurbishing. Good, quite location

Pleasant and helpful staff. Place was clean. Very quiet. comfortable bed.
No breakfast available. Only one electrical outlet in the room. Borrowed an extension lead from reception. Telephone in room didn't work but I didn't need it anyway.
Shower overflowed to flood complete bathroom which was quite funny. The water seemed to disappear somewhere however.
