The apartment is big, and it has everything needed to stay and have a beach holiday. It has a view on the sea and on the mountains. The host is great. It is relatively clean. The host even left laptop. Beds are big and relatively comfortable.
Beach is so close. Take care, most of beaches in Italy are private. Free beaches are 5-7 minutes walking distance - thus just there!
I would highlight the positive things. There are few minor comments though:
There is no air-conditioning. This is clear from advertisement, and there is one ventilator available, plus there is often breeze from either mountains or sea.
The sleeping rooms are facing busy street. While I don't mind traffic, the children sleeping room has amplification of car sound coming from Sarzana direction. It would be clever to add some curtains to soften this sound and break the interference pattern.
