The apartment is spacious. Although there are 3 separate bedrooms we only occupied one we still got to get the whole flat! The amenities with bathroom, laundry are very well presented. There are enough kitchen stuff for us to cook our meals.
Contact with the host is quite easy, the person who waited for us in the apartment doesn’t speak much English, but we had the number of the other host and we contacted each other via Whatsapp (in English) and it makes things easier.
The only thing that got us into a little hiccup was driving up to the apartment was not easy as the road in Modica was really whiny and narrow, the apartment is located at the top part of Modica so there are a few whiny turns going uphill until we reached the location.
