I like the fact that the host was friendly, the apartment is big and clean then also closer to several places like mosques, malls, stone town etc.
It's a conducive apartment
I do not like the fact that I have to open the pressure water before I can get water in the apartment, It's eating up the electricity bills

the location was perfect and property size was great. very spacious rooms on the first floor.
almost everything didn’t work, TV subscription was not paid so it literally didn’t work. no wifi as advertised. the host ask for 100,000 TZS as a refundable security deposit. there is nothing of value in the house that is movable, makes no sense. I also had to pay for electricity which is very weird because you can never know your actual cost.
the house was also dusty and I saw a cockroach in the master bedroom bathroom which I stopped using immediately
