friendly and helpful staff. big room and nice view from the restaurant very good breakfast which was different everyday close to the beach

the wifi was not so good in the room, but better at the restaurant no windows in the room, so the wind was blowing through the room

The personnel is very kind and always happy to help you, the meals are very tasty, clean rooms and very good matreses on beds.

The prices for drinks at the hotelbar, higher than on the beach bar. The pictures on booking can make you belive that the villa is on the beach but you have to wall for around 10 minites to Kae Beach

Rooms don't have windows, just nets, so you can hear your neighbors and they can hear you all the time. Plus there's a lot of noise in the morning (roosters, construction work, crows, people walking up and down the stairs right next to the window by the bed etc). The bed is old and creaky. We did not sleep well. As for the facilities, there are no small tables next to the bed to put your things on, our shower was not holding in the wall and some other small things like that.
