Lägenheten är fint inredd och möblerad. Välutrustat kök. Bra luftkonditionering. Bra utrustning för tvätt och klädvård. Fin balkong med trevlig utsikt.

Två uppsättningar nycklar hade varit bra. Info om sopsortering hade kunnat vara tydligare och vi saknade info om var man lämnar glas och metall till återvinning.

The property was as advertised. The pictures represented the property well. For two of us, we had everything we needed to cook a simple breakfast of eggs and toast. The space was good for two, but would get a bit crowded with any more than small children. The air conditioning, once given time after we turned it on, did a good job cooling the apartment. The location worked out well for us as everything we wanted to see in Nice was within 1k of the flat. The tram is just a short walk and is great for airport transportation. Communications with the property were proactive and responsive.

It was a bit out of the property manager’s control that there was a transit strike the day we checked in. Where they would normally meet us at the property, we had to swing by their office to pick up the keys. This turned out to be fine except we didn’t get introduced to the property and thus didn’t know small things such as how to take out the trash. My only complaint was that my spouse needed a restroom badly after it took as an hour to park and walk to the office and the manager who met us in the lobby would not let us up to use his restroom. He literally told us to go buy something at the cafe down the street so we could use their restroom.

Women who met us at the property was very helpful and apartment was a good size.

On two of the days we had closed the bedroom blind to keep the temperature cool for when we returned to the property. On both occasion we noticed that someone had accessed the property and opened the blind without advising us beforehand. I had asked the lady who we received the keys from if anyone would access the property and she had advised not until we had left.
