If I could have a rating higher than ten for front reception staff, I would say 100! Staff make a place special, and I have high compliments especially for Christina and Jason. They went above and beyond in assisting with local tourism, checking on my lost bag from a previous flight, and giving details for airport transportation when taxi drivers went on strike.
I liked everything.

Clean, good food, nice staff
Parking underground on 5 different levels. Upper levels mostly taken up by permanent residents. Spots are really tight and 10 euro/night - barely fit two compact cars, forget about an suv

The hotel was clean, and housekeeping did a very good job. The staff were extremely helpful and responded to requests quickly. They brought an extra chairs to the room without any issues. Several times they also helped us use the kitchen to heat food or sweets we had bought, such as croissants. Overall, the staff were very attentive and willing to help with anything that was within their possibilities.
The location is acceptable: about 20–30 minutes on foot to the city center and around 30 minutes by car to the sea.
The breakfasts during the first two days were richer and included salmon, but after that it was no longer available.
The bathroom had a glass door with frosted glass, but it did not have a lock. It was possible to close it, but it could not be locked, which felt a bit uncomfortable.

Location was convenient for a quick one day transfer to Piraeus. The rooms are spacious and comfortable
The hotel is in need of some attention , looks a bit run down. The breakfast room and buffet underwhelming. Breakfast service non existent.
