    The hotel is a bit out of centre. Even thought the reception area is great but the room is not well decorated and has smell of sulfur water.

    One of the most complete hotels I have ever stayed in. Luxurious without the excessive price in off-season. The location is a bit further than one would like though the hotel offers transfers on a set schedule to off-set this. Breakfast is great if you can get it included. Overpriced if not.

    First of of all incredible long queues and waiting time for both check in and check out , handled only by trainees most of the time ...upon check in I experienced something I have never seen in 20 years of travelling , the hotel staff uploaded my ID charged my card for security deposit while confirming my booking then said the room will be ready 20 min or was larwady 3 pm , after 20 min they told me room can only be ready by 7 pm !!!! This is either unlawful or complete breach of any T&C to check in a client and tell him post confirmation of his duly booked room and charging his card for extras , that there is no room until 7 pm ....staff was not only unhelpful, lying but kind don't even care about how to manage the situation ....basically saying you booked with us , at a 5 stars international brand , we took your money , confirmed your booking charged your card for any extras but you got no room and no where to stay until 7 pm .......
