Beste Lage zum Meer und Stadt. Ruhige, sehr nette Lage, große Wohnung. Alles wie beschrieben, alles hat gepasst.

Alles ok.

We were on the 2nd floor. The house is located very close to the beaches but is in a quiet zone, none of sounds from bars and pubs were heard. The owner was polite, always on the phone and if necessary, came within 5 mins. The beds were very comfortable, wardrobes were very big. There are many outlets so it was convenient. Sounds from neighbours didn't come to us. On the balcony there was a tent which could be open wider or folded to feel comfortable with the sun. The air-conditioner worked well and was in the living room but in the bedrooms helped only with open doors. In the kitchen there was everything needed for cooking including towels. There was one trash bag in a trash bin (no more). In the bathroom there are many hangers for towels which was very convenient, one roll of toilet paper and soap. The washing machine works well. Necessary shops were close to the house. Big sorting trash bins are next to the house. Parking spots were without a roof and were 1 m from the house which allowed checking them from windows.

Cleaning before our check-in was very light. On the floor there was still dust and sand from previous guests. The dishes and cups were half dirty. One of the trash bins in the kitchen (which was pinned to the cupboard door) wasn't washed and had strong smell. The toilet didn't flush what was inside, the water went around and we had to use a basin with water for it.

Location, ease of access, level of cleanliness, condition of facilities, accessibility and readiness of staff to assist. The apartment would be ideal for a family. For an all-adult group, the size of twin beds may be on the narrow side.

Nothing in substance, really.

Great location, close to the see, very nice airconditioning, great beds, kitchen with plenty of cooking gear, just an overall great experience.

A mop for the shower would come in handy.
