The view over the Bay of Naples was superb. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
Viviana was an excellent host who gave us lots of information about the area and was very quick to answer any queries. She suggested two boat trips, one to Capri and one to Amalfi and Positano where the pickup was just down the road. These were both very good and convenient.
Enjoyed Del Patriarca restaurant next door.
Driving was a bit hairy at times, mainly due to the mopeds that are everywhere.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Villa RAF. La maison est située dans le petit village de Montechiaro, un endroit calme et authentique, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de Sorrente. L’emplacement est tout simplement exceptionnel : la terrasse offre une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur le golfe de Naples, du Vésuve jusqu’à Capri. Un spectacle permanent, du lever au coucher du soleil.
L’appartement était très propre, confortable, spacieux et bien équipé. Tout est parfaitement entretenu, et on s’y sent immédiatement bien.
Un immense merci à notre hôte, dont l’accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Elle a été attentive, discrète, toujours à l’écoute, et de très bon conseil pour les visites, les restaurants et les environs.
Montechiaro est un village agréable, avec quelques bonnes adresses accessibles à pied, loin de l’agitation touristique mais proche de tous les sites majeurs de la région.
Nous recommandons la Villa RAF les yeux fermés, et espérons y revenir très bientôt !

Nous sommes venus en Tesla. C’est vous dire que cela est possible dans trop de problèmes dans la région. Et pour vous recharger, voici une application d’un réseau plus local, non disponible pour le moment sur EnelX ou ChargeMap : NextCharge. L’app est dispo sur l’AppStore français et sur Google store (il parait). Vous aurez alors accès à des bornes non référencées ailleurs pour une raison que j’ignore.

The location is excellent! It was surrounded by nature with a very beautiful view of the entire Gulf of Naples. Private parking and high security! Easy access to the main points of interest, close to Sorrento and Positano. An exceptional sunset that takes your breath away.
