Everything was excellent. The YourHomes agent managing the property reached out a day ahead, and we were able to collect the keys from their office on arrival, earlier than the advertised time fortunately. Only slight feedback was payment of the tourist tax was to be done in cash only - it would be great if they could support card payments for this as well. They told us clearly where parking was possible etc. - this is in the middle of Meta, so very few spots around. We did notice an issue later that one of the bins under the kitchen was not cleared out from previous occupiers when we checked in, but they arranged for it to be resolved within the hour of telling them of the problem. We never ended up using the upstairs balcony but this might be an enjoyable thing for someone coming over in the summer months for a holiday.

We had a couple of minor niggles during the stay that the hosts can potentially look to fixing for future guests - the WiFi signal upstairs was quite poor. The washing machine was quite old, and it was hard to operate, it would be great if they can upgrade to something more modern.

Great value for the location.

- We were not sure what did it smell to, but on the first floor there was a particular smell which made us uncomfortable using this area. A sort of humidity/fumigation strong smell. - Grass at parking lot is terribly overgrown and makes it difficult to get in and out of the car without getting dirty, especially if it rains. - Pictures on the property profile show 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. It has only one proper bedroom and only one shower. - The AC has rules. You can only turn on 2 units at the same time. Otherwise they kindly ask you not to do so because the power will go out. The bedroom AC however doesn’t cool enough and gives out a humidity smell which makes you to rather not use it and use the hallway one. - The wifi hardly reaches the bedroom. Signal is weak. - The glass door from the shower lacks proper sealing. Water comes out easily and if you have the water all the way open, the bathroom will flood.
