The staff was amazing, George Moeketsi was such a great employee, whatever you ask for he is there to assist. The breakfast and the dinner were awesome. I requested extras for all my days I was there, and they delivered everything as planned and they went extra mile for my requests. They really went all out for me. I enjoyed my stay.
To have a swimming around the Villas. The swimming pool is only at the lodge.

THE ROOMS WERE WELL EQUIPPED AND COMFORTABLE. THE HOTTUB EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING EXCEPT THERE WAS NO PRIVACY AS PEOPLE WERE WALKING ABOUT ALL AROUND US. ALSO THE NOISE LEVEL OUTSIDE THE ROOMS WERE VERY DISTURBING. THERE WAS ALSO A REFUSE /WASTE STATION OUTSIDE OUR ROOMS WHICH ALSO SEEMED TO HOUSE SOME RATS.
THE BREAKFAST WAS SADLY LACKING AND CERTAINLY WASN'T A BUFFET BREAKFAST. THE DOUGHNUTS WERE OLD AND UGLY WITH THE ICING FALLING OFF.
DINNER WAS POORLY PLATED AND OVERSALTED. THE LODGE HAD BEAUTIFUL AND PEACEFUL SURROUNDINGS WITH PLEASANTLY DECORATED ROOMS. THERE WAS AN AMAZING FIREPLACE WHICH WE COULDN'T ENJOY AS THEY CLOSED THE DINNING/LOUNGE AREA AT 8PM. IF WE ASKED FOR OUR DINNER TO BE DELIVERED TO OUR ROOM WE WOULD THEN BE CHARGED R100. GIVEN THAT WE HAVE SO MANY BEAUTIFUL PLACES TO VISIT IN GAUTENG I SUGGEST YOU GIVE THIS ONE A SKIP.

It’s nice and has great Mountain Views
The cottage we were in has no privacy, it’s closer to the reception area. The hot tab bath was not clean and it has no privacy, the workers do not respect the cottage area they can just pass by anytime.
