That it doesn’t have Electric blanket They should include more breakfast food.

the cottage was so nice, looking out over the deck , hearing the hyenas at night, the swimming pool, the breakfast was lovely. The staff is so friendly, the seating was also very nice looking out on the deck, view beautiful

Clear communication is key, I booked via bookings com, and made my payment, Sibani confirmed my stay and wrote they can't wait for us to come through, then to confirm the day before my arrival date I WhatsApp again to find out if everything is fine only to get a message that I still need to make a payment, as I try to tell them I did made a payment of the full amount, and try to send pictures of my payments they said they can not confirm pictures but I must rather explain , after I called bookings and try to find out what is happening and on their side all are done and paid, to get a message to say, only when I book in will they receive the money from bookings.com, and when I arrived the lady said everything is fine and settled, so if it was so easy why make me stress and go through all the trouble by phoning a day before my arrival. Me and my hubby have been using bookings.com for along period and booked in slot of different lodges and never had we had a problem like that. The cottage were we stayed was near the place where they park their vehicles and the reception area, they speak loud, one time they even shouted at each other, you come to relax from the noise and the rush and just want the noise of the bush and the birds. Our hotpot was under a tree, and all the leaves fell into the water and on top of us, and when we climbed out we needed to go and shower to get the leaves off and the shower floor was full of leaves and dirt, the night there was nothing to clean the dirt, so I need to take the bath shower to clean so it can be clean to get into the bath to bath the night, suggestion is to by a mesh to cover the pot, and to make a stone way to go back to the cabin and not to walk on the dirty ground again. Then the toilette has a glass door, very nice, but then the ground keeper walked passed , awkward, maybe tint the bottom of the glass.

The serenity the place offers is great to just unplug from the busy world we live in.

Nothing, everything was good

People working there were so nice and understanding, from kitchen staff to the Gardner outside, the view of the place was amazing..

We were told not to lock our room, when we ask about the key so when we sleep , we push the couch to block the door. The WiFi was too bad plus the network was not the at all by our rooms
