Footprints Self Catering Indoor Heated Pool and Fireplaces

Footprints was amazing. First break in 7 years and it was so worth it. The staff on site are amazing and so friendly. Karen was a joy to meet and we will definitely be returning very soon.

Unfortunately some guests have no consideration for fellow guests and were banging on walls and drinking till our wonderful neighbour went outside at 3AM to tell them to stop. But this is not the fault of Footprints or the staff.

If you’re looking for some serenity away from the noise of the city but not a long drive away then Footprints is a perfect place to go. The rooms are cleaned everyday, the garden is well kept, pool area is clean. Definitely value for money!! We had a self catering unit (Koi) and it was well equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Karen and her team are kind, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be visiting again.

Location

Owner needs to learn to courteous to clients

The location is good and my boys enjoyed the heated pool and trampol

I was not comfortable with the layout of the apartment, as the main bedroom was too close to the other room. We had to pass through the other room in order to access the bathroom and the kitchen, and the bedroom door could not close properly. The shower floor was very slippery, which posed a safety concern. In addition, the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned upon our arrival. Some of the dishes were dirty, and both the stove and the stove kettle were unclean. There was also no electric kettle provided to boil water. To be honest, I was very disappointed, especially considering the amount of money we paid for the accommodation.
