Footprints Self Catering Indoor Heated Pool and Fireplaces

They cleaned our rooms daily.

There was no hot water in the mornings, they say they switched the geysers off at a certain time. We had to wait 45min as requested by staff for the water to heat up only to have Luke warm water. Having a hot shower in the mornings shouldn't have to be a request or plea. There was no privacy on our last night we stayed as there were other guest who booked together on either side of our room,and they kept walking past our patio as a short route to get to either rooms.very disturbing throughout the night.

Spacious room and big comfortable bed. Ester was very helpful, even made fire for us.

Everything. The room was super spacious , pictures dont do this place justice . Esther was the sweetest she waited for us to arrive to show us around. The owner Karen is amazing a very super sweet lady ,met her on day 2 with her beautiful grandchild Taylor 🥰and daughter. Such a lovely family we ddnt even feel like we did a shot left we felt at home I wish I booked for more days honestly

The location is good and my boys enjoyed the heated pool and trampol

I was not comfortable with the layout of the apartment, as the main bedroom was too close to the other room. We had to pass through the other room in order to access the bathroom and the kitchen, and the bedroom door could not close properly. The shower floor was very slippery, which posed a safety concern. In addition, the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned upon our arrival. Some of the dishes were dirty, and both the stove and the stove kettle were unclean. There was also no electric kettle provided to boil water. To be honest, I was very disappointed, especially considering the amount of money we paid for the accommodation.
