Lovely views, peaceful surroundings, and well-kept facilities with all the comforts needed. I felt very safe throughout my stay.

Perhaps the giraffes could have made an appearance. A little rude of them not to stop by this time. 😉

I loved everything about this place. The service was exceptional. When we arrived my partner and I we were offered an upgraded room at no extra cost. The serenity and tranquility of this place it's out of this world, very quiet and peaceful. The entire facility its very clean. I am definitely going back I would definitely recommend this place 10000/10

The scenery was refreshing.

The room we were allocated had a musty smell, and they tried to explain the smell but I don’t think it is acceptable to have people stay in that room. The bed was bad, the one side was falling in and squeaking. We also had to kill some cockroaches which was disturbing. We stayed for the first night, the following day the room had no natural light, it was too dark, we had to keep light on. The cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory, it looked like the room is not used but then why were we allocated such a room. The kettle in the room had a lid that is not closing we had to babysit the kettle when it is boiling since it won’t auto switch off. The breakfast was just okay. We had booked for 3 nights but 2 nights was enough we checked out early because it was uncomfortable.
