Superb

We enjoyed our vacation at Olive Garden very much. It's really a perfect place whatever you go for in Zadar. There is a shallow beach just 5min to walk. The old town you reach along the seafront after 20min. At the other direction you have access to the ferry port. Jadrolinija will bring you to the Ugljan island in about 25min. Even a small grocery up to hyper markets are quite close the apartment. The hosts are very kind and helpful people. They made our stay comfortable and more personally than we could expect. Even at arrival - we had been exhausted by the high temperatur on the canyon trip before, they served cold water, a strong coffee and fresh fruits. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we need. Regarding a few comments about limited car parking I have to say that the street is narrow, indeed. We decided to park our car at the huge place in front of the church. During high season we found a free parking space every time. Thank you for the pleasant time, Dario & Renata! We appreciate that you share your olive garden with guests, bringing croatian mood to our hearts.

Excellent vacation in Zadar

The owners are extremely hospitable, kind and helpful people. They made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is very clean! The kitchen is equipped beyond expectations. Besides the multiple pans of different sizes there is toaster and a coffee machine. A wonderful surprise was the bottle of cool water awaiting us in the fridge at our arrival. The bathroom is comfortable, equipped with both a shower and a bath. The toilet paper, towels and the hair dryer are provided by the hosts. Everything (interior and exterior) looks like in pictures! The property located close (9 min walking distance) to main bus station , 5 min walking distance to beach and 20 min to historic Old Town. Nearby (100m) small market with all necessary, 200m -Hypermarket. . Overall we had a great stay in Zadar and highly recommend Apartman Oliva Garden!

I recommend for everybody.

The appartman was absolutely clean with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The host was absolutely kind and flexible. We arrived later because of the fever of my son.

Great location and spotlessly clean apartment

The apartment was good enough for two adults and two small kids. Everything was very clean, the bedsheets, towels, kitchen, bathroom, etc. The owners were very helpful and super easy to reach. We received a souvenir on our check out which I found a very nice gesture from them. The parking infront of the house and secured. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is on the ground floor and is 2 mins walk from the beach. It is also 25mins walk to the old Town of Zadar. It's a nice walk beside the coast line. Thank you Renata and Dario for your efforts and all the best.

This is a small note only: there is a narrow entrance to the parking, so if you are coming with a big car, it will be very difficult to park.

The best place in Zadar

Reneta and Dario are the best hosts which I know! Very friendly people! Apartment is located in quiet place. Beach and shop is very nearby. Apartment is clean and nice. My rate is not a 10 but 100 :) We was been with 2 childs- 3.5 years and 1 year old. If holiday in Zadar only in Olive Garden!

De hosts waren heel vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Kolovare Beach was 10 minuutjes lopen, en de oude stad een klein half uur. Voor ons een prima locatie
