The property is surrounded by incredible scenery and the staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a lovely social atmosphere with communal breakfast and dinner (paid) every day. They also offer a selection of trekking tours from the home stay and have a good laundry service. The private bungalows have incredible views and the beds are huge and comfortable.
This was partially our fault for not researching properly but the property is a 1/2 hour drive from sapa city centre so I would recommend staying a few nights in the centre first before spending a few nights at this property to enjoy the local village and nature. Make sure you bring plenty of cash as there are no ATMs nearby.

The rooms have a beautiful view. The area which is my favorite in the Ta Van area, is great plenty of restaurants and Wildbeast bar, which is a must, is only a 3 minute walk downhill.
The only issue is the steep climb to get to the property, not made for people with mobility issues, or out of shape people.
