Dzay house homestay

We spent a wonderful 3 nights at DZAY in a bungalow next to the river. The bungalow was immaculate, stylish and comfortable. The village is a short walk away up a steep hill, but well worth a visit. There are some lovely places to eat and drink with spectacular views. We ate at the homestay twice and found the food to be some of the best we had during our trip and very reasonably priced. We did a 4 hr trek, organised by Cuang.  It was absolutely amazing, our guide (Pam) was informative and thoughtful, she  didn't push us too hard. The views of the village and it's surroundings from above are not to be missed. We visited a watefall, were people bathed and cooled down before lunch.  All in all an excellent stay which i would highly recommend.

hm nothing i didnt like but to enter the homestay you have to walk through a pathway to get to the homestay and when its at night like 40 seconds of walking is utter blackness but after that few seconds light is back on and u just continue walking down till u find the homestay! i would come back here again though it was really comfortable for me and there was heating on the mattress!!

Cuang was an incredible host, spoke excellent English and answered all my questions about Vietnam! We went on a 3 hour trek and loved it, well worth your time. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was yummy. I’d recommend Dzay to anyone.

We visited in winter and it was cold (5-8°) ! Not a fault of the host but be aware if you visit Sapa in winter.

Great host, lovely rural accommodation, good location with restaurants in the village within walking distance. Our host organised our hike and a cooking class for us. Very kind family to stay with
