    Very disappointed with this place. We expected to receive the minimum of what a 3 stars hotel can offer but our room was dirty upon arrival, hair on the floor and bed sheets, shower drain was clogged, toilet wouldn’t flush, the main light switch was broken, also they wouldn’t clean your bed or change your towels unless you really asked. The cleaning lady would just remove the garbage and that was it. In one week that we stayed there, the bathroom was never cleaned or at least wiped. We did all the cleaning. Also, we took the breakfast there and the food was pretty normal but the same one every day. Cleaness in the restaurant was also missing..we had to check the plates and glasses all the time because they weren’t washed properly. They always run out of food and had to ask them to bring glasses, juice, milk, etc. nobody was really there to observe and supervise. The garden and pool are nice and clean, I liked the mini bar in the garden and the girls who serve there but the prices were too high in my opinion. Location wise is okay if you want to go to Charm Beach, otherwise is a bit far if you want to go to the center and the other popular beaches - about 2km walk.
