The location is one of the best in Kavarna, for the view, parking lot and the big rooms.

There is not enough cutlery, (we had only a coffee spoon for 4 people) and also for the price there could have been a coffee machine…at least a basic one, like a filter or something.

Property location, A/C in both rooms, kitchen with pretty much everything basic that one needs. the housekeeping lady has better attitude and offers better service than the reception !!!

The man at the reception is very rude, unhelpful, not interested in offering any assistance, not to mention that he does not speak any other language than bulgarian. we paid extra to be on the top floor and still wanted to give us another room , and when we told him about the extra payment he simply raised his hands... no working wifi, after 3 attempts to check with reception, we ended up using the neighbours wifi, the receptionist did not even bother to come and check what the problem is...also upon check-in there was no toilet paper. Also keep in mind that the rooms are not soundproof, you hear everything that happens around you... long story short, if you can live with the bad service from the front desk, or the lack of service, then, it is ok.

Dirty sheets ,stained with blood -the EC in on of the toilets remains stuck the water keeps draining. Too much light inside the room ,no dark curtains- old water glass stains in the bathroom. Beds will break your bone. I recommend a firm mattress.
