**TL;DR** We were asked to pay extra for a jacuzzi (when the listing mentions explicitly it's part of the venue). The jacuzzi wasn't prepared when we arrived and we were left to make it work with a one-page instruction manual. Note: we couldn't. In the end, we rented the place because of the jacuzzi and couldn't make it work properly. Dishonesty, greed and bad service. Too bad, the place is stunning. **Full story** The host doesn't speak Bulgarian (the official local language) or English, which made the whole thing more difficult. He spoke to us in a mix of Czech, Russian and German. Luckily my partner could roughly understand. Upon arrival, our host announced that the sauna & jacuzzi were extra & asked if we wanted to use them. They were a big part of why we chose this venue, so we said yes. The host proceeded to fill the jacuzzi, but left when it was only halfway, leaving it to us to figure out the rest. He pointed us to the instruction manual: one page in English. It didn't show how to get past the locked screen. We were determined to enjoy what we paid for, so we persevered using the Internet. It heated but stopped regularly, requiring constant attention. If I rent a place with a TV, I expect the TV to work when I arrive - not be asked if I want it, told it's extra, and only configure it. Same with a jacuzzi. If it's listed as part of the venue, it should be prepared and ready on arrival. Learning all this, the host still insisted we pay. He only backed down after I stood my ground showing him the extract from the listing that clearly stated jacuzzi & sauna were included.
