Everything was just perfect, the room, the design, the cleaning, the stuff, the parking spot, the pool, the location, everything was perfect for me and my family.

Initial ne-am cazat in Varna la un apartament. Când am ajuns acolo…era o mizerie foarte mare. Am intrat pe Booking și am rezervat o cameră la acest hotel. Am fost trei persoane. Ne-am bucurat tare pentru ca a fost foarte curat și avem și mic dejun inclus. O experiență foarte bună având în vedere ca fusesem dezamăgiți cu privire la prima cazare pe care o luasem în Varna. Nu știam ca mai putem remedia situația…. să găsim ceva pe ultim moment. Patul si canapeaua au fost foarte confortabile, apa de la duș avea presiune și era fierbinte. Păcat ca nu am apucat să mergem și la spa. Camerele foarte mari, spațioase. Am avut camera cu vedere la mare.

Clean. junior suite has enough space and 2 bathrooms, one of which had a bath tub. There was also a balcony, very good for late night star gazing. I also tried their gym - decent enough. They also had private parking, a garage, that was cool.

The add mentioned “sea view”. While in reality there was “parking lot view”. I felt robbed of the difference in money that i paid in order to have the sea view. I’ve attached photos of the so-called sea view. I want the difference in money back. Never going back there tho’. Also, the restaurant is closed during specific hours, which means you cant get any coffee or anything to drink. So… quite annoying.

The staff - they were able to accomodate and save the handicap spot for me as I have a disability. It was clean.

For €210 per night, this hotel is simply not worth the money. The beds are badly worn out. The mattresses have sagged significantly, They should be replaced. The elevator stopped working on 02 August and remained out of service. The dinner was terrible. It tasted like leftovers from previous meals. Do not book half board or dinner. Breakfast was mediocre, although there was a reasonably varied selection. The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. The paint is uneven in several places, there are cracks in the walls, and the wooden flooring is peeling and damaged in some areas. The shower head should be replaced because many of the nozzles are clogged. The faucet aerator is also clogged, so the water barely flows. Parking is inadequate for a hotel of this size. There are simply not enough parking spaces for the number of guests. Overall, the hotel is in need of significant maintenance and refurbishment. At €210 per night, this level of quality is completely unacceptable.
