Casa Scoiattolo B is a cozy and welcoming apartment surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps four people. The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long. The area is equipped with chairs, sun loungers and two gazebos. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the Tuscan hills and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until mid-October.
Patio
The patio is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Garden
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the Tuscan hills and of the surrounding countryside. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
 Living Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The room has a window with a view of the countryside.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is in a rustic style, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a big fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a window with a view of the greenery.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through a corridor.
