Outdoors
The property is around 500 sq. m., completely fenced and follows the natural inclination of the terrain, making room for many relaxing areas. The pool is in a high position, fenced and closed by a gate, measuring 3 metres by 4 with a depth of 1.6 metres. It is externally paved with natural stone and complete with sunbeds, beach umbrella and shower with cold water. A triangle-shaped tent creates a shaded area on the lawn by the pool, with an outdoor living area perfect for sunset aperitifs. The guests can also use the large terrace with cotto flooring, in front of the entrance to the house, complete with gazebo, tables, chairs and stonework barbecue for outdoor meals, as well as a beach umbrella with two deck chairs. The private parking for 2 or more cars is just outside the gate to the property.Interior
Villino Marmoraia has been harmoniously furnished whilst maintaining the typical wood-beamed ceilings and cotto flooring. The main entrance on the ground floor leads to the living area, made up of a living room with sofa, armchairs, fireplace, dining area with satellite TV and cooking corner (fully-equipped), created from a small opening which is well illuminated by a large window. The ground floor also has a bedroom with two beds. On the first floor, guests will find a double bedroom with air conditioning and a large bathroom with shower.

Location
The property is in the small village of Marmoraia, made up of a small number of houses and an interesting Romanic church. It maintains large part of its medieval fortifications, on the sienese mountains halfway between Siena and Valdelsa.

The property has WiFi, central heating, air conditioning in one bedroom, a baby bed, high chair, a safe in the bedroom with two beds, mosquito screens and hairdryer.

Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen along with bathing towels (changed weekly), electricity (but not air conditioning), water, gas, internet, baby bed and high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are dinners, hired help and babysitter.

Important Information
For stays with a pet the amount of the deposit will be Eu 500.00.
Swimming pool available from May 15th to September 30th. The main road leads to the property via 700 metres of gravel road, not suitable for low cars or minivans. The gardener works at the house every Wednesday and Saturday.Activities and Distances
