Shenzhen Binhe Impression Hotel Apartments

very good, nearly many restaurant, metro,

I absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, and offers stunning sea views. The location is fantastic, with large shopping malls in the same building and KFC and McDonald’s conveniently nearby. A special thanks to Xiao Wu at the reception, who was absolutely amazing! She was extremely kind, helpful, professional, and incredibly quick to respond to every request. Her excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. She truly deserves recognition for her outstanding hospitality! I highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Shenzhen. Beautiful views, excellent facilities, a convenient location, and wonderful customer service. I would happily stay here again!

Honestly, I had a wonderful experience and have no major complaints. Everything was great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Service was great! Reception was super helpful

The property was clean and daily housekeeping. Location is not bad, just above a KK one shopping mall and there are several restaurants serving Chinese food. There is also a KFC and Mac near the property. Size is good for two people only. AC was great and the bed was comfortable. The office is in C2 8th Floor,my apartment was in C3 12th floor.

The kitchen had nothing, literally nothing. one plate, one spoon, two bowls, two kitchen knifes, one chopping board and few old dirty dishes. I had to buy washing liquid and sponge to wash the dishes. Don’t book if you are interested in some cooking. when I checked in, there was no toilet roll, so I had to call and ask for it. The guy gave me one toilet roll. Toilet just stinks and you have to leave the window open all the time. The traffic noise starts early in the morning.
