The location. It was near the train station and lots of eateries around. The washing machine. The staff.
It was generally clean, but a more thorough cleaning (under the tables, toilet bowl, upper cabinets) would be better.

The location
Air con was playing up in 2 of the rooms I’ve booked. But it got fixed when front desk was informed

Just the location of the property is an advantage. Near Line 1 Exit at Huaquiang Road station and very close to exit B of line 2 station Huaquiang North station
The location is impossible to find. No signs to diaplay the location. I went around the same place for 35 mins, figuring where the gate was to reach 30th floor reception. The staff did not speak or understand english. No international debit or credit cards accepted and they inisited on cash or WeChat payment instruments. The room did not have a fridge to keep your water cold. The kitchenette had an induction stove but no utensils or a microwave
