Great apartment for a family of 5. 3 x rooms 3 x double beds , 1x room with on suite . Rooms are clean and we even had a washing machine to use . Good location too .

The staff was helpful and kind . The apartment was 3 mins walk to xiashi metro stop . There was a Walmart opposite . We had a comfortable night stay .

We only booked this apartment for the swimming pool, but unfortunately the pool was closed for most of the day and only opened at 3pm. It also cost an additional 100yuan for 1adult and 2children. It would have been cheaper to have booked a well known hotel with a swimming pool which opened during the day. There were no sunbeds at the swimming pool. This is an apartment in a residential area, not a hotel. There wasn’t much in the area . We couldn’t get the microwave or cooker to work

The staff is easy to communicate with through WeChat; otherwise, it’s difficult. It’s better if you get a WeChat account and contact the hotel before arrival. The location is good, near the metro, and it's easy to get to any place in Shenzhen. The room is convenient because it has a kitchen and a washing machine. The staff was very cooperative.

The only bad point is the cleanliness: we found it very dirty under the bed, as well as in the corners of the bathroom, which had mud and black spots. The bed wasn't comfortable—it was too low—and the pillows were very flat.

Это первый отзыв по объекту: начнем с того, что мою бронь не видели, спасибо нас заселили, но не в бронируемые 2 комн аппартаменты, а в два разных маленьких номера. Номера старенькие, маленькие, окна выходили во двор, связь ооочень плохо ловила, от вытяжки ТЦ было иногда шумно. Уборка была, персонал отзывчивый, в этом проблем не было. В целом район да, прям супер рядом с метро, реально 150 метров, но район не интересный, везде надо ехать, гулять не комфортно, очень много мопедов вокруг, гоняющих по тротуарам. Лучше за цену в 600 юаней за ночь /2 номера снять в более лучшем районе.

Не нашли бронь, заселили в другой номер. Номер старенький, дом тоже как общага. Ну на ночь /две максимум.
