About this apartment rental
It 'a spacious, comfortable apartment of 85 square meters. with 8 beds, located in one of the best neighborhoods of Palermo, close to shops of all kinds, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. All the facilities': right in front there is a bar for your breakfast and lunch, less than 50 meters and a pizzeria, always less than 100 meters, the newsagent, bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy and even first aid!
It is located just off the main street of Palermo, the lined Liberty Avenue and in a neighborhood where you can come late at night with no problems.
You can reach the square Politeama in about 20 minutes, but if you want, 100 meters is the bus stop 101 passing frequently and that, in 6-7 minutes takes you to the heart of the historic center.
If you come by plane, you can save the taxi because the bus stop which is service to the airport is located about 300 meters. At 100 meters there is a bus stop 806 which, in just over 10 minutes takes you to the beautiful beach of Mondello and, if you want to Trapani or Marsala, the bus passes about 200 meters.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a building with two elevators and concierge with surveillance and consists of two large, bright bedroom with a window overlooking an inner courtyard, a living room-kitchen where there is' a sofa a double bed and has a small balcony with two chairs, two bathrooms with shower, a second kitchen, two refrigerators, two dining tables, a sofa, an armchair, two TVs, washing machine, tables, cabinets, chairs . The kitchens are equipped with everything you need (pots, plates, glasses etc ...) and in the bathrooms you will find hair dryer, toilet paper, soap and towels. The apartment is equipped with central heating with radiators, air conditioning and wi-fi ..

La casa dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutar durante unos días de Palermo y sus alrededores. Resulta cómodo llegar al centro usando el transporte público o caminando y dispones cerca de todo tipo de establecimientos dirigidos más bien a los palermitanos que a los turistas (lo cual representa una ventaja). Lo más destacado: la cortesía y amabilidad de Donatella, la propietaria.

Appartement agréable, même en configuration à 8 personnes;
Très bon accueil de la propriétaire, multilingue et de bon conseil.
Appartement très bien situé :
- très proche d'un bus ultrafréquent pour le centre historique. Bus pour la plage de Mondello également à 2 pas.
- tous commerces à proximité, notamment un bon traiteur (Da Cosimo)

Wir haben mit 4 Personen in der sehr schönen Wohnung eine Woche Urlaub gemacht und uns Palermo und Umgebung angesehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und von dort aus kann mann gut mit dem Bus oder zu Fuss die sehr interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Palermo besichtigen.
Der 5. Stern fehlt, da keine Spülmaschine vorhanden war :-)
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich auch Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und essen.
Eine sehr freundliche und gastfreundliche Vermieterin (spricht auch sehr gut deutsch) hat uns herzlich Empfangen und uns alles vor Ort erklärt.
Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Quatier.

Ottima zona, con servizi e ben comunicata. L'appartamento è amplio, ben curato, molto comodo e con guide per visitare la Sicilia. Mi sono trovata bene e spero di tornare presto. Buona relazione qualità prezzo.
