Struttura molto pulita e il proprietario una persona eccezionale

La struttura ottima e la gestione di Eccellenza. Ho trovato nel sig. Giuseppe Abate non soltanto un ottimo manager della sua struttura ma una Persona con P maiuscola che mi è venuto incontro senza se e senza ma in occasione di uno spiacevole incidente capitato a mio figlio

Private parking. The apartment is spacious even with only 2 real bedrooms. Kitchen fully equipped.

The third bedroom is separated somehow since it's accessible from a shared access space to a studio. We booked an apartment with 3 bedrooms and received an apartment with 2 bedrooms. When asked for the third bedroom Giuseppe asked if we really need it because it's outside of the apartment. The balcony is also shared since the studio has also access to it. The apartment needs some improvements since in a windy night the wind was whistling through most of the windows. Moreover the door to a service room (closed with access only for host) was rattling and making lot of noise due to wind. Heating is made via air conditioning unit in living room and electric heater in bathroom and one bedroom.
