Great location, close to the station with a supermarket nearby. Large room with space to spread out
It’s a little noisy, during the day and in the morning; but it’s quiet over night, so if you’re an early bird , no worries

Davide was an excellent host. Attentive, full of information with a great understanding of English. The location was great. Our room was huge (the old living room in what was the old family home). A small but functional balcony (albeit the views were mostly of other apartments) A supermarket outside the front door and an easy walk to Ortigia. We were lucky with the free street parking which could have been tricky.

Easy to check in. Great location, parking could require a bit of looking, but we were able to find parking without any issue. Great host providing great breakfasts and conversations to last you a life time.

The Location is central between the archeological sites and the Island of Ortigia. There is paid parking within 200 meters if you cannot find street parking. Davide was able to meet our dietary needs for breakfast and was very helpful with providing information on sites to visit with a detailed map. The room was large by B&B standards. The breakfast room was a bit small but adequate.
