Accessibility issues (high step up into shower and risk of slipping with wet feet when exiting) in two of the three showers: the accessible shower appears to lack water pressure. There’s also a bit of noise from the hotel opposite, mainly in the afternoon, but appears to be quiet at night , apart from the occasional fireworks display.

The villa is beautiful and location is great. It has lovely sea views and is just a 5 minute walk down a steep hill to the resort centre which has lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Thanks to Agnes & Carlos for your hospitality.

The heated swimming pool was colder than the sea and quite small but it made a good plunge pool when you needed to cool off.

The villa was very welcoming with good views towards the marina and obliquely to Fuerteventura. The main bedroom is large enough for two people and has a lovely view of the garden and marina looking out to sea. The pool is quite small but adequate for two people. The garden is nice. The owner (Agnes) was around for number of days and was helpful and attentive, the property manager (Carlos) was very helpful, and although we didn't get the chance to meet with the maid, the villa was very tidy after her visit.

The awning hanging down in front of the living room window blocked the view and was annoying. We had to shuffle the bedroom furniture a bit to create an additional bedside table. There were no instructions for logging on to the Internet, operating the oven etc. But Carlos assisted.

The location was brilliant & the guy called Carlos who looked after it was lovely

We were sold. 4 bedroom villa with 4 bathrooms but we didn’t get that. Arrived first day to find only 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets across 3 bathrooms. One shower room didn’t have a toilet. They opened up a converted garage for the 4th bedroom after we had to argue this with the owner. Didn’t receive a full exploration or sufficient apology about this. The extra room wasn’t fit for our purpose, needed work doing to it, wasn’t in line with the style of the rest of the villa, and even found ants on one of the beds on the last day. Also the heating of the pool wasn’t warm enough for us. We have had warmer pools in other villas. My son got a bad rash from the pool chemicals
