Imperdible, Villa con piscina y barbacoa

The property is in a great location close to the marina with a lovely view of the sea from the balcony. Beds are comfortable, as is the outside seating area. Everywhere was lovely and clean upon arrival and we were warmly greeted by the owners.

The kitchen equipment was quite basic, the glasses are tiny so we had to buy 2 larger ones from a bar. The sofa in the lounge is very uncomfortable and would not seat 6 people. Sadly the pool isn’t heated so it was absolutely freezing as it doesn’t get enough sun during the day so we couldn’t use it

The villa was in a great location, just five minutes walk to the supermarket, and 10 minutes walk to the marina and restaurants. The villa was well equipped for cooking, and plenty of towels were provided.

The swimming pool is quite small, but big enough for a bit of exercise. The pool is quite cool in comparison to the sunny air, but once in the water it is very refreshing, and ideal to cool down after sunbathing.

Very comfortable. Throughout our stay we did not need to use heating or air conditioning at all. March was too early in the year for the pool to be warm enough to use, which was understandable but a small disappointment. Our flight arrived early evening and it took us a while to find a route out of the airport so it was dark by the time we got to Puerto Calero. Our hosts parents had waited patiently for us and made sure we were settled. The Marina with it's shops and restaurants was easily accessible on foot.

Instructions for the appliances would be useful.

Lovely clean property with everything in good working order and well presented. It's an easy 10min walk down to the marina (the walk back up a little more testing!), where you'll find lots of bars and a great choice of places to eat. The new supermarket that will open for the summer is a couple of hundred meters away so perfectly located for that too. Great views over the ocean from the upstairs terrace. We found the villa to be comfortable and with plenty of space for us as a couple but will also suit a family too. The pool is small but enough for a refreshing dip!

Kitchen utensils a little limited, but you'll manage. Frying pan wouldn't work on the induction hob. ...but that's about as much as we could criticise!
