good localization, good contact
scaffolding on balcony so it's not really usable (no info on booking) one bedroom is a connecting room (no info on booking) washing machine with fungus and unpleasant smell, lack of washing powder or liquid VERY noisy at night even with closed windows (neighbours and night life) small TV in the kitchen, no access to streaming services
