La ubicación y el acceso por ascensor. Pero no recomiendo
Las toallas tenían olor a humedad y las cama (sábanas) olor a cigarrillo. La atención mala, nos pidieron avisar 30 min antes de llegar, pero nadie esperaba. Mandaron un mensaje a último momento con la clave de acceso, que no vimos porque estabamos ya de camino con las maletas (hemos alquilado otros alojamientos similares y la info está disponible días antes). Nos pidieron por la noche tardísimo que le compartamos los pasaportes por WhatsApp (23hs) y como no respondimos insistieron a primera hora del otro día, sin siquiera saludar con un buen día. Como todos los alojamientos de Italia hay que pagar un impuesto en efectivo, sería bueno que lo incluyan en el valor de la habitación porque es molesto.
