Victoria Place

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Der Platz war ausreichend groß, ein sehr bequemes Bett (wenn auch nicht breiter als wahrscheinlich 1,40 m). Gute Raumaufteilung mit Schlafzimmer und Küche/Wohnbereich. Ein großer Kleiderschrank und Ablageflächen im Bad. Die Wohnung war bis auf die beiden unten genannten Punkte sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern funktionierte reibungslos. Innerhalb des Hauses (3 Parteien) war es sehr ruhig, die Anbindung an Verkehrsmittel (Bus gegenüber, Straßenbahn 5 Minuten zu Fuß) waren auch gut. Drumherum gab es kleine Läden mit Obst, Getränken etc. Ins Zentrum waren es zu Fuß etwa 35 Minuten. Es war ein angenehmes Viertel zum Wohnen.

Oberhalb der Dusche gab es einen feuchten Fleck, die Dusche lief auch nicht gut ab. Durch das Kopfsteinpflaster ist die Straße laut (wenn auch keine Hauptverkehrsstraße), mit Ohrstöpseln ging es aber gut.

The location is excellent. Public transportation stops right in front of the apartment, making it easy to reach all parts of the city. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a convenience store. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, it is clean, and the internet connection is excellent.

Noise. It’s very noisy at night if you leave the windows open, as you can hear cars and buses passing by, which woke me up every night. The apartment is also quite small, but it’s sufficient for two people.

I like its close to everything I need or could want, Public transport almost outside the front door restaurants, shops cafe's all there.

I give it 9.5 I would give it a 10 but because I am partially disabled and the stairs are a bit steep ((( But I think that's par for the course here in Lisbon or Portugal for that matter.

Proche arrêt bus: direction centre ville où quartier Belem. Clefs remises par boîte à clefs.

Pas de volets et rideaux légers non occultants : manque d'obscurité la nuit et gêne causée par un éclairage extérieur. Sommeil difficile à cause du manque d'obscurité et du bruit des voitures qui roulent sur les pavés. Pour accéder à l'appartement au 2ème niveau: escalier du hall d'entrée très étroit et marches en bois assez raides.
