Las vistas, la ventilación y la ubicación. Tiene unas vistas muy buenas al puente 25 de abril y a Cristo Rey. Tiene ventanas a varias orientaciones, por lo que es fresco en verano si abres las ventanas. Está ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y medianamente bien comunicado. Se aparca bien en la zona gratis El apartamento está bien equipado, con una cocina moderna y completa, con dos habitaciones, una de ellas muy grande y la otra más justita.
Es una planta tercera sin ascensor. El baño es muy pequeño Le vendría bien un poco más de mantenimiento para ponerlo al día. Tiene pequeños desperfectos que afean el apartamento

A kilátás tényleg fantasztikus a tetőtéri lakásból. A környéken számos étterem, pékség, élelmiszer bolt és kávézó is található. Akár tömegközlekedéssel, akár Uber-rel könnyedén elérhetőek a távolabbi célpontok is. Az ágy kifejezetten kényelmes volt. A mosógép és a hajszárító is nagyon hasznos volt. A fürdőszobában tusfürdő és sampon is volt.
Az apartman egy három emeletes épület harmadik emeletén található, a lépcsőház szűk, lift nincs. A konyha felszeretlsége éppen hogy elegendő négy főre. Pótolni kellene például a poharakat. A fürdőszobában csatornaszag volt. Csak akkor enyhült, amikor használtuk a zuhanyzót és a mosdókagylót, de szerintem ezt meg kellene oldani. A lépcsőház bejárati ajtajának zárja javításra szorul.
