Alma de Santos Apartment

Wir wurden äußerst freundlich in der Wohnung begrüßt - und das bereits vor der offiziellen Check-in Zeit. Die Wohnung ist groß, authentisch, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was wir für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt brauchten. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Im Bad gab es einen "beißenden" Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Dusche, der sich wohl leicht mit einem Rückstauventil abstellen ließe. Wir haben bei Nichtbenutzung der Dusche die Badematte auf den Abfluss gelegt. Das hat geholfen!

The apartment is big enough for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. It has 2 bedrooms, one with twin bed and another one with 2 single beds. Airconditioning was working fine. The kitchen is well equipped, big fridge, stove, dish washer and everything you need to cook. The bathroom has a shower, working fine. The new washing machine is on the balcony.

There is an entrance to the terrace, but the area is not maintained there, we didn’t have a courage to sit there, as it needs to be cleaned a lot before using. The doors to the rooms and the one to the bathroom are very old, it needs to be some force to lock them. Especially door area in the bathroom need proper renovation. The hardest part for us were the stairs to the apartment, as there is no elevator. Plus the front door leads to the very narrow street outside with very intense car passing. On the way there, the taxi driver just dropped us on this narrow street with luggage and kids blocking the street. On the way out, it was super challenging to find where to park our car and then took very long time to carry luggage from apartment to the parking spot few times. The most disappointing was the district outside-many abandoned properties around, no good supermarket at walking distance (only mini one, but no real groceries there). Plus it was no nice eating places by walk, only by bus. The train station is reachable by 20 min walk.

Tutto perfetto , appartamento grande e ben tenuto pulito e con tutto l'occorrente , leggermente fuori dal centro ma con mezz'ora di cammino non serve prendere mezzi pubblici . Bella la vista sul Ponte 25 Aprile .

Se proprio devo puntualizzare , abbiamo avuto un problema con la serratura abbiamo scritto a Martim ma nessuno e venuto a sistemarla. Mi spiego , la porta si chiudeva ma non e possibile dare le mandate.

Чисто і всі зручності для проживання є ! Агент який закріплений за цим апартаменти справжній професіонал ,швидко реагує на будь-які питання і завжди йде на зустріч.

Був запах незрозумілий,але я гадаю можливо це дерево ,але після того як ми відчини всі вікна ,за декілька хвилин цей запах пропав.
