Angeo Beach House

Philo Samuel and Melody treated me as if I were their Son. They couldn't do enough for me. The Son Samuel took me sightseeing while the husband Martin who was working away arranged a houseboat for a night thus helping me avoid making poor decisions on future booking. Located on the beach it was the perfect place for me to re-discover myself withouyt a tourist in sight. Just wonderful kind local Kerelans. Would definitely return next year for a week to re-kindoe my love for India and this amazing famikly

It's Not Luxury but I've done 5 star all the way so far and I've never been more happier staying in more humble accomodation with such lovely people.

The location suited us perfectly - its a quiet area right on the beach, a great place to relax but easy to get an autorickshaw into Alleppey or anywhere else in the vicinity. The staff were very helpful and arranged any trips or transport that we needed. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with our own porch area with a table and fan so we could sit and chill out looking out at the sea. The food was fantastic, Philomena is an amazing cook, so dining there in our porch was a real highlight. Aman looked after us so very well. He is an absolute gentleman, very thoughful and kind. He loaned us an umerella for walking in the hot sun and a bluetooth speaker for listening to music and went beyond the call of duty to look after us. We really enjoyed our time there.

The beaches in the area all the way down to Alleppey are not exactly pristine. The immediate surroundings are not very touristy which is not a bad thing but just be prepared for littered beaches. Many beaches we visited in Kerala and Tamil Nadu were littered so this is no worse.

The Property is located right on the beach. The host Amar Thappa is too good, is always seeking about guests requirements and working towards making the experience a pleasant one.

Bathroom amenities really need to be fixed, including wash basin. The one in the front was broken, the toilet flush spray wasn't in a good condition and so was the toilet flush.

I loved the location, cleanliness and specially the hospitality provided by Aman. He provided us with all the amenities and the breakfast was very nice! The ambience was awesome!
