new house of 90 m2, 800m from the sea on foot, in a very quiet area, the rooms are downstairs, nice when it's hot, the kitchen stay upstairs, with its terrace

Sea further away than was to be expected, car necessary to go to sea. Only very long distance view when standing right up next to specific window. Construction works with messy surrounding lots.

Die sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit allen ausgestattet was man brauchen könnte, nichts fehlt und alles ist vorhanden, wie zu Hause. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr ruhig gelegen, denn sie gehen zum Garten raus und von der Kleinen Nebenstraße vor dem Haus ist nicht zu Hören. Der persönliche Kontakt zum Vermieter und die Urlaubstips waren auch TOP

In dem Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Es ist modern eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wohl. Die beschriebene Dachterrasse mit Ausblick aufs Meer gibt es allerdings nicht. Durch die Wohnzimmerfenster kann man das Meer aber schon sehen. Die Terrasse an sich ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt fußläufig eine Pizzeria und am kleinen Hafen weitere Restaurants sowie einen Bäcker im Ort. Der Vermieter spricht Englisch und gab super Ausflugstipps.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison propre et tout confort. La maison est située dans une résidence calme, non loin de la plage, du joli petit port et des sentiers de randonnées. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et arrangeants. Nous leurs souhaitons bonne continuation.

Belle maison, très confortable et bien située

La maison est neuve, très propre, très confortable et bien équipée. Elle est située a l'extérieur de la commune de Loqueteau. Petit port sublime et tranquille. Les conditions financières de la location mériteraient d'être clarifiées avant la location : supplement pour les draps et serviettes (uniquement mentionné dans la liste des équipements que nous n'avions pas vu), frais de ménage en supplément, consommation d'eau et d'électricité en supplément après relevé des compteurs en début et fin de location. Dans notre cas le tout aurait représenté un surcoût d'environ 10% mais nous avons avons préféré acheter des draps, ça revenait moins cher que le prix de location demandé. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Schöne große Wohnung/ Haushälfte in ruhiger Lage in einem kleinen Dorf ohne touristischen Trubel. Alles ist so, wie man in Beschreibung und Bildern sieht. Übergabe Schlüssel persönlich durch freundlichen Vermieter bei Ankunft und Abfahrt. Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für Einkäufe und Strandbesuche benötigt man ein Fahrzeug. Lannion, Morlaix, der Zöllnerweg mit der fantastischen rosa Granitküste sind in ca. 20 - 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Schlafzimmer im EG sind tatsächlich angehnehm kühl, wenn es einmal heiß ist.

Het huis is een smaakvol ingericht huis, modern en comfortabel. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Met de auto is het 1200 meter naar het haventje / zeezijde. Er is wel permanent zeezicht en zicht over het dorp. De aanwezige TV is (helaas) nog alleen franstalig, maar daar zou de eigenaar iets aan gaan doen. Het was een aangenaam verblijf in een erg mooie omgeving!

Schönes Ferienhaus in einem netten, kleinen Fischerdorf (Bäcker, Restaurant, Badebucht). Neues, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Platz. Großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und Dachterrasse im Obergeschoss. Schlafzimmer und Bad im Untergeschoss (Haus liegt am Hang). Das Haus ist recht neu und einige Details sowie der Innenausbau der zweiten Haushälfte sind noch nicht ganz fertig, dass hat den Aufenthalt aber nicht beeinträchtigt. Sehr netter Vermieter, der uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge u.ä. gegeben hat.

Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche verfügt über eine vielfältige und ansprechende Ausstattung. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Haus bietet verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Aufenthalt im Freien, die sich je nach Tageszeit sehr gut nutzen lassen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich und hat Ausflugsempfehlungen gegeben. Die Lage in einem kleinen, touristisch nicht überlaufenen Ort war für uns sehr angenehm.
