Quiet wooden house for 5 people with Jacuzzi 1 km from the sea!

This wooden house with its outdoor Jacuzzi is just 1 km from the sea and yet in the countryside on a hill that gives a bird's eye view of a wooded hill on the other side of the valley. Calm and silence reign there all year round.

The house is composed of:
* Large private garden (not fully enclosed), sheep facing the windows
* A terrace downstairs in front of the house
* A jacuzzi behind the house with peaceful views of the countryside
* A living room with lounge area, kitchen area and table for your meals
* A bedroom with a 160cm double bed
* A Mezzanine with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed
* A shower room
* Independent WC
* Parking space in front of the house
* WIRELESS
* Beds made on arrival

Optional :
- Towels: 10 € / person to be paid on site (on prior request)
- End of stay cleaning: 50 € to be paid on site

The Ouessant sheep will occupy your children and enliven the bay window.

The Pink Granite Coast and the islands are of course nearby; it is therefore an ideal place to visit this part of Brittany which changes every 5 km.
The beds are made upon arrival.

We spent one week in the house with our two dogs and loved the surrounding. From the green all around to the neighbouring sheeps and the nearby beaches. Perfect location for a relaxing stay with plenty oportunities to explore nearby. The house itself is a wooden structure with that typical athmosphere, yet with modern commodities such as WiFi, electrical heating (rarely needed, because the house itself is well isolated), modern shower, TV and so on. The kitchen is not very spacious, but equiped with everything you need. The living room is also not the biggest, but was enough for the two of us and the dogs. Master bedroom on the other hand is rather big with a good bed. Undisputed highlight was the nicely heated big jacuzzi in the yard with an unforgettable open view of the starry sky at night. Additional information for dog owners: the sheepmeadow is fenced but the yard is not 100% fenced, so keep that in mind if your dog is a wanderer. Also there is no streetlights and it gets really dark in the hills, so bring a headlight or flashlight for walking the dog at night. Jean-Francois was a great host, welcoming us when we arrived and saying goodby when we left. Since he lives next door, he would have been easily to contact in case there would have been any problem. But there was none. Thank you very much, Jean-Francois for your hospitality!

Joli gîte bien situé, au calme et près des centres d'intérêts. Bien équipé entouré de forêts. Ce fût une bonne découverte de la Bretagne. Beaucoups de lieux magnifiques. Les propriétaires sont discrets et très disponibles...les moutons furent de belle compagnie.

Très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée ! Propriétaires agréables, disponibles et flexibles par rapport aux horaires ! Chalet idéalement situé à proximité de la plage ! Beaucoup de super coins à visiter à moins de 45 minutes ! Chalet agréable, au calme, avec de charmants moutons et un spa chauffé avec une magnifique vue ! Très satisfaits de notre séjour !!

Ce petit chalet en bois au milieu de la nature nous a permis une vraie coupure dans un cadre dépaysant et calme. Nous avons eu un peu l'impression de jouer à la famille Ingalls. Notre vue donnait sur un champs avec moutons et brebis. La plage n'est qu'à 1 kilomètre, Il faut néanmoins remonter une route un peu raide au retour, si on si rend à pieds... Nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi avec grand plaisir dans ce décor champêtre. Bref, une petite parenthèse fort appréciable. Bon contact avec le propriétaire, simple et efficace. :)

Un beau chalet au coeur de la verdure. Le jacuzzi fut très apprécié aussi bien par les grands et notre petit de 5 ans ! Il a également les moutons (surtout celui qui donnait l'alerte du pain pour les autres 😁). De belles balades à faire à partir de la maison ! En bref nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances.

Dear JF and dear Nathalie and family, We really enjoyed our holidays here in your wonderful cottage and we are really sad that the time is over. The beautiful landscape, the wonderful cottage and jacuzzi helped us to become calm and relaxed. There was nothing we missed and the cottage is well equipped with all necessary thingsand very clean and cozy. We have seen a fox in the garden, a deer on the street left hand side in front of the cottage and a snake on one of our hiking tour and of course we loved the cute sheep and their mowing whenever we fed them with our old bread. Last but not least …. the weather !!!! 2 weeks of sun and warm temperature. It was warm enough to walk for hours in the sea (up to our knees) without getting cold. Although we walked about 6 hours some days we never had any aching muscles as we had the possibility to relax in the jacuzzi afterwards. We'd like to come back here one day!!!! Thank you for your hospitality and for making this possible.

Malgré un temps moyen, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison parfaitement équipé. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute, si vous avez le moindre problème. L'endroit est bucolique, la présence des petits moutons à coté de la maison étaient très appréciés par notre jeune fils de 2ans et demi. Et bien sur, le Jacuzzi extérieur, est un vrai plus ! Qu'il fasse beau ou pas, une petite demi-heure de détente dans un bain à remous après une longue journée de ballade est un plaisirs non négligeable. Je retournerai dans ce petit chalet avec grand plaisir.

L'accueil du propriétaire était au top même s'il n'a pu nous rejoindre que plus tard (cidre au frais et petits biscuits en attendant). Le gite est vraiment agréable et le jacuzzi est vraiment un plus qui nous a permis de nous détendre le soir ! La cuisine est bien équipée et nous a permis de cuisiner lorsque nous n'utilisions pas le barbecue extérieur. Nous avons rencontré nos voisins : des moutons très sociables aux cris plus qu'amusant... De quoi faire plaisir aux plus petits (mais également aux grands que nous sommes) Petit bémol : nous étions 5 et la table intérieure ne possède que 4 chaises. Mais nous avons très bien improvisé en utilisant une chaise de l'extérieur lorsque nous mangions à l'intérieur. Autrement rien à redire, le propriétaire n'est pas avare de bons plans et vraiment disponible durant le séjour ! Nous recommandons ce gite pour toute personne cherchant du calme à proximité de tout ;) Merci pour tout !

Excellente semaine de détente dans un magnifique endroit. Gîte rural , très calme et à la campagne. Proche d'une très belle plage. Endroit idéal pour se reposer après une journée bien chargée . Le jacuzzi est un plus très apprécié. Nous reviendrons !
